Hey everyone, happy Friday!
Earlier today, I stumbled upon this video:
While I was watching it, it made me think of how much trash we throw away everyday, without realizing.
I also pondered how we could make everyday items trash free: wipes, Kleenex, bottled drinks, (Gatorade, tea, pop/coke, and orange juice) takeout food, groceries, etc.
If you’re a Starbucks fan, well that’s trash right there, unless you use their refillable cups.
If you think think about it, almost everything we use is trash; I mean it’s no wonder why we see trash everywhere.
We shouldn’t litter, because while it may not be harmful to us, it is harmful for the animals, whom we share our home with.
My heart broke looking at these pictures:
This is just sad; “at least 100 million marine mammals are killed by plastic every year.”
So, if you ever think about littering, first consider how that might affect the animals.
Have a great weekend!
Stay positive, don’t litter, and spread the gospel.
The Lord is my strength and my song; he has given me victory. This is my God, and I will praise him— my father’s God, and I will exalt him! – Exodus 15:2
